The project is developing a community mobility and mutual-aid center that refurbishes and repairs bicycles, e-bikes, and essential appliances to expand affordable transportation access in underserved rural communities. By turning donated equipment into reliable mobility infrastructure, it delivers measurable social impact and can leverage Web3 funding transparency to efficiently allocate resources and support community resilience.

This project will upgrade a community workshop and hostel with insulation to enable year-round operations as a hub for psycho-emotional recovery, education, and craft programming for conflict-affected families. Funding will support resilient community infrastructure with transparent allocation and on-chain accountability, strengthening long-term social impact through a Web3-aligned public goods model.

This project upgrades a shared eco-settlement’s common house by adding durable bunk-bed infrastructure to support safe, comfortable accommodation for participants in sustainability education, permaculture training, and community events.
