Precious Noggles, in partnership with various organizations, we carried out this project with social and environmental impact. The project involved creating a mobile ophthalmological clinic equipped with a Precious Plastic recycling station, designed to produce and donate eyeglasses made from recycled plastic to 3,000 vulnerable children in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. So far, we have delivered 1,005 pairs of glasses to children. The initiative promotes education, recycling, and sustainability, focusing on direct impact, broad media exposure, and mini-documentaries detailing the progress of the actions. In the long term, the project aims to assist 15,000 children per year and replicate the initiative globally through open-source molds, and the noggles is permanently displayed on the mobile unit, ensuring ongoing visibility and lasting impact, while expanding the reach and values of the Nouns brand across the Precious Plastic community and future environmental sponsors.
